It's off topic to ask about Google Adwords on this Joomla forum. but just for the record, how are you implementing Google AdWords? It doesn't sound like you 're doing so with any joomla extension?
I found https://extensions.joomla.org/extension ... and-stats/ for Joomla 3..but there's no joomla 4 or higher version. Perhaps this extension would help the immediate problem? You then might have to investigate again, how Adwords will work with J4/J5 separately to this topic.
